Meet your Celebrant
Hello there.
My name is Naomi Jane Gribler. I am a whole range of things: a mum, a teacher, a friend, a celebrant, and above all a survivor! Life is often challenging and difficult and I am very experienced in affairs of the heart after a life well lived, years in the classroom and a good listener and teller of stories. One thing that won’t be a challenge is your wedding ceremony with me at the helm. You are bound to be nervous, you are bound to need reassurance and you will need to know that all bases are covered on the most special of special days. Creating a unique ceremony is my job and you will have editorial control throughout, to make sure I tell your love story and develop a ceremony that is just for you. One that you will remember forever.
Willow Arches
One thing many couples are after, is a beautiful space to get married in, indoors or out. I have a lovely friend Jo Sadler, who is a wonderful willow artist here in Somerset. I went to her with my idea to make two separate willow sails that, when put together, make a beautiful space to get married in and they surpassed my expectations. I have just married my first couple under them and they are proving very popular. They can be dressed with real or silk flowers and really bring that WOW factor. Please let me know if you would like them at your ceremony - I can hire them separate or if I marry you, then they come with a discount.

Handfasting Ceremony
What is a handfasting?
It’s a good question. Traditionally, a Celtic and Pagan symbolic ritual at a wedding that beautifully binds the couple’s hands using specially selected ribbons or cords, that symbolise their commitment to one another. The ribbon can be in any colour combination, usually there are 3 strands - one for each person and one for the onlookers to represent the three elements being tied together on the day. It can also include colours that mean something special to you, match your wedding theme or are symbolic of wider concepts.
